Standard delivery is based on flexi service on orders placed Monday to Thursday. We aim to deliver goods within 5 working days. Carriage is charged at cost.
Orders placed between Friday evening and Sunday evening will be processed on the following Monday for delivery within 5 working days .

Anything over 80kg that isn’t included in our free delivery offer may have to be sent with a dedicated courier. A member of the LazyLawn team will call to arrange upon receipt of the order.
Free delivery is only applicable to grass only. The grass aspect of an order must exceed £500 inc VAT. Free delivery does not apply to any other items on the website that are not grass, including fitting materials and accessories without £500 of grass in the same order.
Scotland and London will have a small increase in costs due to additional distance and charges for our delivery vehicles.
Free delivery is based on the flexi delivery service within 5 working days. Free delivery is only offered in England excluding postcodes CA, DT, EX, LA, PL, TA, TQ, TR. For Scotland, Wales, Ireland and all other areas outside the UK there will be a delivery charge.
There will be an additional delivery charge to the following postcodes for all items: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, LL, PA, PH, PO30-PO41, TR, ZE plus Ireland and any country outside the UK.
Unless otherwise organised, somebody must be at the delivery address to sign for the goods on the day you have agreed to receive the order.
If nobody is in at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order, you will be charged a minimum of £30 + VAT for us to redeliver your order.
You are able to collect your order in person from our dedicated distribution warehouse in the East Midlands. Please organise with your sales contact. Please remember that some products can be up to 4m in length and are very heavy, so please ensure that you bring the correct vehicle.
Deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and other offshore areas of the UK will be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please call for details.
Due to the weight and bulky nature of our goods, we always advise that someone fit and able is available to assist the driver with unloading upon delivery.
The delivery driver will only drop the goods off at your agreed delivery address. The delivery driver is not covered by insurance to move the goods to your back garden, garage, balcony or any other location, hence 1 to 2 people are normally required to be at the delivery address to receive the order.
Due to the bespoke nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns on our products once installed.
